Ok guys, Im running one of the new Adrenalines and I notice it shows the throttle position sensor reads 101% all the time. The problem that I have is when I turn the box up any past level two i get some surging. If i run rpms to 1000 the box takes over and adds fuel on its own. I assume since it reads 101%. I the box on my brothers truck and it worked perfectly but this was before I knew to look at the TPS reading so I dont know if it read the same on his. My truck runs fine and I figured if the TPS was bad that the truck would not run very well. Any thoughts or discussion on this? Thanks Joel

 

I got your PM, but mine seems to be reading differently... What do you want me to check? Did you do the update?

Yah I did the update. Tom do you have an apps on your truck. It seems I have the only 03 without one mine is like the newer trucks.

 

Yes I do and it seems to be reading perfectly w/ throttle applied, so we have different rigs I guess.

 

Wouldnt my truck run funny if the TPS was bad. It runs as it should with the smarty, x2, and stock electronics. It just doesnt like the adrenaline.
