Toyo tires
I've ran 4 sets of Toyo M/Ts and one set of Toyo A/Ts. They are extremely tough, well made, and balance great. As said before, they require a few hundred miles to firm up.
My only complaint is tire wear and price. Some sets I've had seem to wear a LOT better than other sets.
I got the Toyo A/Ts (285/75/17) for our trip to Alaska. In 10,300 miles, I used 2/3 of the tread on the tires. They had very good tread at the start of the trip, and were nearly bald by the end. I even stopped on the side of the road to rotate them during the trip.
I may give the Toyo HTs a try, but I'm almost ready to try something else, unless the price comes down.
