Which too choose

I need a tune for my 5.9. I think i should go with either Smarty, Edge juice, or PPE. Im trying to get my truck to be able to hit the 14's in the 1/4 mile without a problem. Too many dmaxes and powerjokes around here too!

I have the Edge w/Attitude and Hot Unlock and it is OK but I'm getting rid of it and going with the Smarty POD. The Edge is OK on 3 and 4, but 5 and especially 6 don't last very long. Only after a few seconds it gets REAL hot, defuels, and all your warnings are beeping at you. I'm not knocking the EDGE product, for what it is it's great. The adjustment on the fly is awsome. If someone wants to play you just push one button and off you go. I think you will find that Smarty is THE choice for most of the guys on here.

With the smarty your low 14's or very high 13'3 with a little help. For the cummins there is nothing that compares to the SMARTY.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're saying it's slower with the Smarty?

On my poor little 235hp SO, I was mid 13's with old school twins (35/3b) and Smarty Beta 4.2 and nothing else...

I'll also second the Smarty, but give fair warning that enough runs down the track turned up on a stock transmission and you'll most likely damage your stock transmission.

For what you're gonna pay for a used BDTD you can try it and resell it if you don't like it. Should be way less than half the price of the latest and greatest Smarty POD.
