Was rolling up the genuine Dodge tonneau cover today when it pulled apart at the seams. Any idea if this is a warranty item? And who makes it? Thanks, John

 

I could not figure out who makes it. When we got the heavy rains in the Northeast this spring, the bows collapsed from the weight of the water. I likle the way it holds on around the edges but it's not a heavy duty unit.

 

You need to contact your dealer. They are covered differently depending on when the accessory was installed. If it was installed before/prior to delivery to you I believe it's covered under your 3/36.

Yeah! The dealer said it is covered (no pun) and the new one will be here in 3 to 5 working days. According to their computer, it was installed at the factory. Darn, if they didn't warranty it, I was thinking about some chrome, slash cut stacks.
