i have heard that 3 golf ***** inside the tire will balance a truck tire. anybody else heard this?

i can't imagine that golf ***** would ballance a tire like that.

I just had all of my 22.5s spun balanced on a computer tire balancer at a local truck shop. This worked perfect for me. Believe it or not, this is the best balance I have ever had with an aftermarket wheel and tire setup. They are very smooth at all speeds. Couldn't be any better.

the duallys do look sharp with those big wheels. I dont want a dually because that would be the first thing I would want to do it.

Thanks in that pic its stock height, but now I have the Lorenz leveling kit up front.

I'm rolling the 908's too.

Nice and smooth with just a computer spin balance. Two needed no wieght to zero out!

I have run mine to 117mph for a short distance and run 75 mph all day. That speed rating is for a fully loaded tire (5500lbs) at max air pressure. Our trucks would bend in half if we put 30k lbs on them.

I only thing I don't like is the extra weight to get rolling and stopped.

If Rickson ever makes a direct bolt 22.5" wheel that is much lighter than these and the adapters, I might have to get me some.
