well, I suppose my ultimate needs for a programmer is controllable smoke, easy shift on the fly, my hp goal is 450rwhp, and a good strong towing tune. Does it sound like Bully Dog will meet my needs?

90 hp? is that tow or perf?

as well as if I bought the outlook, (I like the idea of shifting on the fly with the outlook) would I have to install egt and boost probes as well? In addition to the analog gauges I have?

I install guages on every truck I have. I bought the bullydog specifically for towing. After using it for a week, I purchased the TST box. I wanted the same perf from my 05 that I get from my 01. After a week and 3000 miles, I was not happy. I bought the TST. I now run them stacked. I know severalthat are not happy with their purchase of the Bullydog. I was probably expecting too much from a downloader. I always watch my guages, so I really only wanted timing and as much fuel as I could get.

no i already have analog gauges, I just want to make sure i don't have to install 2 more probes for the outlook. I mostly want the outlook combo for easy shift on the fly, looks, and safety settings.

I believe the outlook measure the boost via the map sensor so if you are running a boost fooler the outlook will always be off not sure if you can piggy back two egt gauges to one probe??heard alot of bad stuff about the outlooks

Ive been running the triple dog since late 05 and haven't had a single problem, outlook is pretty useful when paired up with the BDDL but the pyro part of it is all screwed up and they want me to send it back so they can look at it. But shift on the fly is awesome, just take your foot of the gas long enough to change the power level then she is ready to haul ***.

The difference between the tripledog and the power pup is the on the fly adjustability isnt available with the power pup nor is their ability for udating via update agent like the triple dog you have to send it in they reflash it and send it back. Buddy is working on some killer programs hopefully to be released very soon. The standard trial tune on the master downloader is tow mode, however some shops have found ways of loading the performance, extreme, or crazy larry software into the master downloader. Sometimes the trial tune wont erase itself either I should know has happened to me several times in the past.
CReed, what did you do to finally erase it from your truck? I think that has happened to me also.
