I have what looks like two vents on each end of my fuel tank. Do I need to plug the one on the low end doing the tank vent modification? Thanks.

 

I capped mine off and had a BAD pressure problem when opening the fill neck. I then connected the two and routed them up in to a frame and installed a cheap in-line fuel filter, pressure problem cured plus some amount of filtration.

I also hooked the two vent holes together with a T and routed the hose as high as I could with a fuel filter on the end to keep the junk out.
