Stupid computer question, how you-all saving your betas?

Bob is going to resend me the 4.4. I was running it for a while and decided to try the 4.11/Moderate. 4.11 is great, especially for towing, it runs so friggin' cool. But With my nods the 4.4 really clicks with my truck and my needs (OK, wants).

I thought it was saved on my computer, but it was under some "winwar" business that only allowed it to be opened on my computer for 40 days. Can I save it on a disk?

Thanx.

Just unzip it into a folder that you created, like 'Beta 4.4'.

Sounds like your zip program trial expired....uninstall wiwrar, and go to download.com and re-download the trial version of winrar, re install and you should be good to go....

If that doesnt work, email me (or someone else) the file - pm for email address...I'll unzip and resend you the unzipped file....no worries about sharing...ive got 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, TnT and TnT R from Bob W.....

Thanx Jgiachino!
I may not have been clear, Bob W has requested we not share beta's...(so i can't provide all of those files)...was just saying that if you need the help, you can send me the file you have (in zip format) (and saying that i've already been provided the file so we're not breaking the sharing rule), and i can return unzipped....sorry for the confusion....

You can keep all the files on your Hard Disk....create a folder under "my documents" called smarty...and put the files there for future use...

You were totally clear. I knew I had to have it first.
Thanx.
