Stumble on hard take off and high rail pressure
When I take off pretty hard I will get a miss or two while the rpm's are climbing. I also get a high rail pressure codes on these take offs.
Any ideas

Any ideas
don't know what fuel pressure you're running but, you could try and turn it down some. That may help.

You may also have a FCA going or gone bad.
