Stop, Please stop!!!
Are Super stop or Quiet stop pads available for our trucks yet?? I've used them on 6 different vehicles now. Being ceramic, I've have no problem and 2x the wear of stock without chewing up the rotors!

Stick with the oem replacements. If the first set lasted that long there is no reason to try to upgrade. So far on my truck it seems to me that dodge/mopar prices are compareable to napa/shucks, so stick with what has worked. 58k towing miles is speck freakin taculaur. Heck 58k period is good.
I'm running Performance Friction carbon metallic pads on my truck. Sometimes they squeak but so do OEMs. They also resist fade better than the organic jobs. The day I pay $236 for brake pads, wow, where are all the tall buildings?

Thanks for all the input & advice. I called the local dealer & he said he would sell me the value line for $58.00. For a few dollars more, I'll go with the oem's.
Do I have to replace calipers or turn the rotors??
They dont appear to be worped or damaged, from what I can tell
Thanks

i just switched from the OEM pads, to ceramic pads. i got almost 120,000kms out of the factory pads, and the same on the second set of OEM pads. the reason i switched to ceramics, is because they leave very little brake dust on my rims, seam to stop better in the wet, and i am hopping the last a little less longer.i say that because i like to service my brakes, and lube the slicders, etc, but i hate doing it when i have to do it again to change out pads. i would rather change out pads more often, then the rotors, they are big bucks. but if you decide to not go with a ceramic type pad, nothing will beat the OEM.
