It's been well over a month now and no update on when these will be delivered. I keep hearing that Quadzilla is filling back orders as they arrive but not a single backorder has been filled at the DTR store. I would cancel my order but I really want the commander and I don't see any alternative for the functions it has.

 

How about pm'ing qzilla or giving them a call and get an update? your post sounds slightly like you're flaming. or maybe i am misinterpreting.

 

I had to wait a month for mine, then UPS lost it so I had to wait another month. But it was worth it.

That is not true, we had back orders go out last week for the DTR. As a matter of fact the first one I looked at went to a gentleman in AZ, last Wed. I have not filled all of them but, we fill them in the order we get them. I feel that is only fair. Believe me it would be easier on me to cut a few of you in line and not tell anyone and then I don't have to deal with these type threads.

We are going to be shipping more starting Monday. We have a huge order of them in so we should be caught up pretty quickly.

Trust me, I want to ship product, that is how we stay in business. And contrary to popular belief we are shipping them, just not fast enough. I guess that they have become increasingly more popular and it is not uncommon for 1 customer to order 100 or more at a time.

If you will pm me your name, and when you ordered from the DTR I can tell you where you sit on the list. Or better yet, DTR has orders in this order:

These are shipments, not number of Commanders, the number represents the order by Company name. Lary could have 5 or 10 on 1 order??? I did not open them all.

I did not look any further than that. Only 1 of those order is over a month old and it was placed on 4-30, and it is 5th in line to go. Most of them are around 2 weeks old.

 

Well then I hope mine shipped my order was placed on 4/25/07 through DTR. I dont mind the wait every one thinks there great, and will not cancel my order. If Quad doesnt have parts then he cant put together to get to us. I am the Purchasing agent for a Beer and wine wholeseller so it is a $!#@ to wait on someone else to get you something you need to get your job done. Quad I sent you PM, before I even read this post.

 

Yeah, I actually lied earlier, not on purpose though. We do have your order but, it is not showing up on the backorder list because it has been sent to a work order to fill. This means they build them, test them and then they go to packaging and recieving.

You are the 1st DTR order out. The backorder list actually goes to 4-19. From 4-19 thru 4-27 are sitting in work orders which means they should ship Monday or Tuesday. I am pretty sure there will be a lot more going this week to. We are scheduled to ship several hundred this week.

I am pretty sure we won't get this backordered ever again cause it sucks!

BTW Dodgezilla04, I did try PMing quad and his box was full.

Just reread my post and sounds kinda funny. To be more clear when I have to wait to get my orders from my suppliers(beer and wine) so I can ship my product to customers it sucks. I know Quad feels the same way. He is waiting to get his parts in so he can take care of his customers. I hope no one took the first post the wrong way.
