Still Having Rail Problems

First i just edited my signature so everything is current. After reading my sig. does anyone have any suggestions as to where i am loosing my rail pressure? I rarely see my rail go over 15000 WOT no matter my smarty setting. It does spike to 25000 26000 right after i pull out but no matter my settings i cant keep enough rail... thoughts??? after i swapped my FCA for a modded one from floor it i could hold more rail before i would never see the spike to 25000. rail cap didnt seem to change a thing. feel free to quiz me on possible ideas...
Two ideas i have...
1...Weak CP3 but at 65000 miles i would hope not.
2...Injectors letting too much fuel go back to tank. anyone know how to test this? i have heard of people testing it but i havent every found how to do it.

Other tid bits i have tried numerous smarty tunes and diiferent levels on the mp-8

I would be leaning towards the cp-3 being bad, possibly the cascade overflow valve.Did you describe your problems to John at Floor It?Dealer can do a return flow test.Being you haven't messed with your injectors I doubt there is a seating issue with the connector tubes. How does the truck run at idle and while driving.

I don't see injectors in your sig, are you still running stock sticks. I see 26k with my stock cp3. I do have bigger sticks just don't know how big.(were in when I purchased truck).I do run the rail dry but not untill I get up high in the rpm. If it was me I would send out my cp3 and have it checked by Floor-it or another good pump shop.

Is your rail pressure gauge before the MP-8? I would think you have that right though. Just checking stupid stuff first.

Where do you have your fuel pressure sending unit hooked up? What kind of pressure are you seeing at idle, cruise, WOT?

Go to the dealer and have them ride around the block with you with a DRB scanner. They can watch actual RP and command RP at the same time. You will have to unhook anything hooked to the RP sender.I had to do this a while back. They only charged me $30.Only took 30 minutes.
