Still having dash reading problems.

I recently took my guage cluster out to see if I could spot an obvious problem that would cause my voltmeter speedo action. The previous concensus was a ground issue. I tried to trace the wires and looked at the main ground under the dash and everything seemed to be in order. I unplugged the guage cluster and checked to see if I was not getting a good connection and that seemed fine. I hate electrical issues. My speedometer still constantly wags around as I roll down the road so I know that it has to be something loose somewhere. Can anybody point me in a direction to make this hunt easier? Thanks.

Did you check the VSS on the T-case?

I had some speedo wagging problems too. Replaced the speed sensor on the tranny and cured all.

I will definitley look at the VSS. Ever since I put the new one in it didn't read right from day one but they wouldn't let me return electronic components. Maybe I need a new one....again.
