Post Stainless running boards

Really like the looks of the Luverne stainless boards, with the Dee Zee's being a close second. Anyone have these? I saw a post on TDR from someone who complained that the Luverne's weren't as sturdy as he hoped, which has me nervous because my mother-in-law will occaisionally use these and they need to be stout if you know what I mean.

I had the DEEZEEs on my 98 dually and they looked great when they were new but lost their lustre pretty quick. You can shine them up again but it takes a lot of elbow grease. I really liked mine but I had to keep adjusting them because the more you stepped on them the looser they would get. The biggest drawback to them is that you have to drill lots of holes to mount them.

I have the Luvernes on after running the MAAP nurfs. Really wish I had had these on before I ran the Alcan up and back! Paint got destroyed on that maiden voyage. The luvernes are an excellent fit, very sturdy (I go 225lbs dry ) and they barely move at all. Rear half of the boards are full tubular mount and the fronts have a ton of mounting brackets spaced very closely together.

I just put some putcos master boss boards on for a customer tonight I sould have some pics in a week or so. Look sharp. Fairly sturdy. And not to bad to install, six holes to a side and about eleven self tapers.
