went to put the stacks on the mega, got everything fitted and layed out. drilled the pilot for the holesaw, and went underneath the truck to check clearance just to be sure, good thing... there is a stiffner under the front part of the bed, the hole saw would have to cut thru the stiffner, but only about 1/2 the diameter of the hole would be thru, not all of it. Whats the scoop, what is everybody doing about this? notching out the stiffner, or maybe an offset crossover pipe. I got the 6 in aussies down to a 5" out crossover to a 4' in from the turbo.

 

I just cut thru mine, like you said, its only about half way....

 

yep I cut mine too...I would rather cut it to make it fit closer to the bed rails...
