I read in Diesel Power that he is running 11's, which is probably one of the fastest Common Rails in North America. I thought I saw that he had stock headbolts and a bunch of nitrous, is this true? Any idea how much horsepower he is putting down?

I don't really want a PPE Hot cause that 3700rpm limit scares me with stock springs in my truck. I had a deal come about and was just wondering....its all gonna work out anyway. Check your PM's too.

barry's truck is "one" of the fastest.............
the scary larry cant touch the hot PPE, accually it is about equal to the regular one, at least on top, the bd may have a bit more bottom. i have ran both combos and they both work, but the bd ate my ecm.......

what do we do about that 3700 thing? BDDL does this and stays there if you over rev it. I hate that!

The ppe is rated at the crank, but if you stack it with a pressure box it is very very fast. The tan truck (a fellow by the name of Mike Drever) was running mid 11's at the time of that article which was august, they actually got it down to 11.2 last year. Barry is quite confident that he will have it in the 10's next year. 11's on motor. As for head studs, it has ARP's, and for nitrous, Barry only runs a small single stage shot off the line, just enough to clear up the smoke. If there is another common rail out there running those numbers I havent seen it. (that is also with a silver bullet 66 too)
