22.5 rims, 42" tires, air ride suspension with +10" blown up in it.

argo, is that just a guess, or do you know exactly what's on there? do you think those are bigger than the 255/70's most are running (approx 37")?

judging from the red coils and white shocks it looks to be a skyjacker lift, 22.5" wheels, SRT hood, and a little piece of plastic about 3"x4" with a label that says "VISA" or "American Express"!!!!

I am pretty sure those are 22.5's and probably no larger than 36 or 37 inch overall diameter. I have that set up on my truck, but my 2wd is not that high.

As to cost, I paid $4200.00 for tires, wheels, adapters, chrome hub covers and lug nut covers. $300.00 for leveling kit and installation, $198.93 for wheel balance and alignment, and $43.00 to re-calibrate the speedo. This does not count the fuel money to drive to Miami, Fl and back to get the work done and the motel and food expense. That was approximately $200.00. I hope this may shed some light on actual cost of this conversion. I am very happy with the conversion done by American Force Wheel Co.
