Well I got the Wild program going in my 2003 with a DTT, it is pretty wild, however on dry pavement I can't break my 35" mudders loose, not even with the pressure box turned on to the max. This really doesn't bother me, cuz tire spinning isn't really my thing and the truck is **** fast now, I just expected this wild version with little to no TM to be able to spin the tires with ease. Oh well!!

I have downloaded the new update for aftermarket injectors with a stock turbo and was wondering if the new update did boost fooling. I have a quad boost fooler and I am getting over 50 lb boost out my stock turbo and I no that won't last long. Before I did the update I was getting around 45lb of boost.

I would think the update for injectors but stock turbo would NOT do boost fooling, but it will probably fuel your injectors more than previously, resulting in MORE boost since you have the quad boost fooler. Pull the boost fooler and you'll probably keep boost pressures much lower. I would assume the ONLY program that does boost fooling is the one for aftermarket turbos.

Dang wife has a hard time believing that I need to keep throwin money at the truck to get better mileage, and to tow this "heavy" work trailer. I mostly was thinkin against tha preassure box becouse Im starting to beleive all the hype about tearin up injectors.

The SMARTY does wonders for the bottom end. And smokes like crazy too.

the pavement was dry, altho i wouldnt say traction conditions were ideal .. the was still probably some sand left on the road, tires still cold and hard, but yes fast roll on in 5th trying to protect the clutch, and yes it swung out. it definetly wast a drag run or intended as one.. i was out playing and trying to kick it out.. my truck likes to light the tires on corners etc.. it doesnt take much to time it right and unload the suspension a little.. esp w/ 130k on stock shocks etc..

oh and as far as wet.. yha.. lighting it up in 6th isnt hard ether..

and congrats on the 500/1k+ results.. that flat rocks!

My question is for my 2006 stock turbo 6 speed

With the new "Smarty S-06A Ver. 4.05A, Data: 3.05A" file ..

(The new "Moderate torque management increase" 12/21/06 19,4364 KB)

Should I, (do I need to), disconnect my Quadzilla Boost fooler with this update????

Big question...

Bump

i have a quad module, which does boost fooling. i had the smarty without the latest fooling software, and my boost stayed where i set it at 47psi. when i put the new fooling program in, and hit it hard, boost went over 50. i had to readjust the wastegate.

the difference may or may have not been the combination of 2 foolers, or just the fact that i have 2 fueling setups and am throwing so much fuel at it.

i would unhook the quad fooler, because your stock turbo isnt going to like those speeds.
