Wish someone would.. the TNT Revo runs like crap on my truck. I can't even build boost at the line anymore..
I heard something about the BD being able to set it back, but I'm not willing to take a chance without knowing for sure.

yes you can use the bd to go back to an older flash. install 2.2.7t and it will flash back to the AE flash and the 2.4ct will give you an AG flash. I've done it many times.

Bullydog programmer was what he was talking about, it can reinstall old flashes by using one of the crazy larry programs and then returning it back to stock I believe.

OK, I think I get it. The problem is not loading the older programs on the Smarty. Its loading them to the ECM because of the flashes. Am i right?

You got it. Marco always incorporates the latest flashes on the Smarty, and with some you can't go back without a special program (I don't think its too easy).

I have an S-04, and probably the early Revo TNT, but I can go back and forth no problem.
It seems to me Marco and Bob both put out a warning, when they updated the TNT on their website, that if you upgraded you could not go back. I am glad I have maintained the early versions, because the betas, including 411, run much stronger than the standard Revo, and they do not have the glitches that the Revo TNT tune has on my 03.

JJ,
I saw all the warnings. The tunes seem to work differently from truck to truck. Its hard to know how well a tune will work until you try them. So your able to go between TNT and the older programs with out issue? I have an S-04 as well.
Thanks

Why can't Marco write us a program that reverts us back? whatever that flash was, my truck has gotten crapier and crapier fuel mileage. I was blaming it on the Revo TNT, but????
It doesn't seem like it would be a big deal for him to put a software release out there that will get us back??? MARCO PLZ.........

Ok,
Since I can't find anyone around with a BD to get me back to a previous version of software. My Smarty is going up for Sale.
I can't build boost to do a boosted launch with the Revo... My truck just bogs down and smokes like crap. With the 4.2, I couldn't hold the brake hard enough to keep my tires from roasting. The truck has terrible shifting too.. it's like it wants to bark the turbo at lockup and then it just falls on it's face from 53-65mph....feels like my low end and midrange is gone... my 70-120 is blazing.
What other programmer will give me back my power (comparable to 4.2)??

Since I degraded to the Revo software I hate my truck. I was kicking butt and loved my truck with the 4.11 wild for aftermarket injectors and turbo or the 4.4 beta. I had those programs stacked with my Quad for pressure and my truck flat out moved. Now my turbo spools like crude and my egt's are higher, the top end might me the same but I can't stand driving in town which is where I do 95% of my driving.
