Yes, its ok to run on a stock truck. Of course guages are always good anytime you have a performance mod that may increase EGT's and boost. And, depending on what setting you run and how you drive will determine the fate of your clutch or tranny. Yes you should see a mileage increase as long as you dont cowboy it too much and pretty much drive conservitevely.

mine is stock (as engine and tranny are concerned) and i run on level 3. gained 1.5 MPG plus and love the power. keep your foot in control and you will probably see more than 1.5MPG gain.

I have a mostly stock truck. More power, not much in the way of better mileage.... First to give out is probably going to be the tranny. Seems level 3 in the auto, 5 in the manual keeps the slippage to a minimum....

yeah, but the problem is keeping your foot out of it and not spending the $$$ on supporting mods...

If you count that, then smarty is the most expensive mod I have ever done!!!

A lot if you don't keep the RPMs up. If you don't want smoke go easy on the go pedal until the turbo spools up.
Level 3 is 60hp but from the testing it's a little more than that.

It will roll the coal on 3 if you want it to, but it's very easy to control. Atleast when not towing.

There's pro's and con's to every power enhancer our there....smarty's con is that your face hurts from the smile it keeps on your face! There are a few people who's truck didnt agree with smarty, but search the boards (any of them)....it's a very popular programmer and 99% of the feedback is very good!

Level 3 on a stock truck is easy to control the smoke or not....it's up to the driver....60 hp, but feels like more....i drove 13k on my 06 with a pretty stock truck (no trans upgrades at least).....and no issues, loved the perf increase.

Plus you have the support from Bob and Marco....best in the business!

DTR store for sure. I ordered mine last Friday and it showed up on Monday, and it was shipped from the opposite coast.
