Ok, waiting patiently for my new Smarty. I am sure it is the new revo. Can anyone tell me what the best MPG and the best power is going to be on with my 2003 305HO stock auto. Power level, timing, rail psi, and tm. I know this may be asking to much but not sure where to go right from the start...Thanks

Mine is a stick 04.5, totally different but I see the best mileage on #1 which is a 100hp tune with tnt software. I think the reg revo works better on 03's because some are acting up with the tnt. The revo I liked #3 for daily driving with tq 3 tm 2 rp 3. But every trucks different. You have about 100 different settings which take a while to find whats right for your truck.

The limiting factor is the stock auto. I wouldn't go over level 3 with the TM 1 if you're a lead foot looking for power. Keeping the timing set to 2. Unless you really want a reason to beef up the tranny.

Most likely the best economy will be level 1, TM 1, Timing 2 and RP 1.

As Brian already mentioned, every truck is different and the REVO is very flexible so experiment for what works best for you.

I always baby it. I never hammer on it for fear of puking the tranny. It level 3 or 5 good for economy.

Tell you the truth, for around town and highway I can't tell the difference from level 5 to level 9 in fuel economy if driving like a sane person. I get 16-17mpg for around town and 20+ on the highway. From my experience decreasing the TM has a slight negative effect for around town mileage. Same is true if I increase the rail pressure.
