You should email Mads or Bob Wagner. I just went through the same thing with my truck. My ecm code turned out to be screwed up from a previous programmer before I owned the truck. Bob sent me a program to reprogram my ecm and then I could download the smarty tunes. I am really impressed with the service I got from them.

 

i took of my quad in the middle of this and my gf went to the store in my truck and she said the was acking crazy!!!
if she turned on the AC it would stall
it reved up to 3,500rpms
wasn't shifting right holding gear real long
pedal wasn't working
then i put the quad back onitwas like it never happened
