I installed an HTT turbo (62/65/13ss), and with the Smarty, and I keep getting an overboost code at around 38 lbs. of boost. You would think that between the Smarty and the Edge EZ, one of those would do boost fooling??

HTT supplied a resistor that plugs into the factory turbo harness, but I'm not sure if that is where the issue lies.

Any suggestions??

 

Are you using the SMARTY aftermarket turbo programs?

Smarty even with aftermarket turbo programs will only boost fool till around 40 so that sounds about right. I have no experience with the edge so I dont know if it boost fools, but if it does it isnt working. I run a quadzilla boost fooler and it has solved all my overboost issues.

 

I forgot to mention the EZ for the 600 series doesn't do boost fooling.
