What's the latest on Smartys for the 6.7L Diesel. I just got my new mega cag and it does pretty good without one but I'm only getting 13mpg. I could use a few more horses and a little better milage.

Another question for Bob
Hi Bob,
I'm new to this forum, but have read many threads from a different cummins forum about your product. My questions are--
1. Is there a version the 2007 5.9L?
2. My truck is completely stock right now, but not forever. If I purchase the Smarty for my truck in stock form, do you have software updates for any mods I make in the future? I don't plan on racing or pulling, just a little street fun-- I also tow a ski boat occasionally.
Thanks in advance for your time!

Can you safely run a Smarty on the lower settings with a stock clutch while towing? I'm not quite ready to spend $1200+ on a South Bend clutch but would like another 30-ish hp.

for towing your saying right PJ. The directions with the smarty i think say level 5 for a stock clutch. And as far as towing I would think just keep an eye on your gauges and don't dump the clutch and floor it. You should be fine. IMO
