Smarty Jr. and snow

I am wondering if anyone knows what the best settings are for the smarty jr. in snowy conditions?

I've left mine on Tow/default and haven't had any issues. Just need to be careful about throttle inputs on questionable roads, but it's not much different then regular winter driving without the programmer.

Mine is on economy mode all the time. But for the snow I turn the PoD down to 60. Much easier to control the throttle there.

I have the tow tune in mine and it is a hand full. They do not plow the roads at all where I live and she gets sideways a lot! Need to go turn down the POD this weekend for sure!

perhaps if your worried about slippery roads, turn the TQ management up, at least that should help a little when accelerating. And like .boB said run at low power

Thanks for the advice. i think i will keep it in eco mode and turn down the Pod down for sure. what do you think about the torque settings. Should i turn do torque level 4 or do you think that is a little to little torque?

depends on the road conditions in my opinion. when your on ice you want as much TQ management as you can get. Try level 4 and see what you think

Go to stock tq management or the setting just a bit more agressive. Other mods change how your truck will react.
