It's hard to compare to 5.08 as it was more aggressive than it was supposed to be.
I don't think you can go back, but I haven't tried. I prefer the current versions, they are smoother.

Well I went with the latest download and the power is much smoother!! The midrange just plain out sucks though. I'm running SW2 TQ4 TM4 pulling around 6-7k load. I'll mess around with the other setting and see if I can get it dialed in. I did contact Bob Wagner in case I end up not liking the newest version and he sent me 5.08 which my truck really liked!!

If you are comparing TQ4 of 5.08 to TQ4 of anything else then the difference will be HUGE, TQ4 on 5.08 was VERY VERY aggressive and is why 5.08 was so short lived.
Try TQ2.
Try TQ2.

I thought 5.08 TQ numbers were swapped compared to other software versions?
Weakest to strongest:
5.08- 1 2 3 4
5.13- 1 4 3 2
If the above is true, I ran SW2 TQ2 TM4 on 5.08 so with 5.13 SW2 TQ4 TM4 should be the same. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct, but the levels are not the same. The weakest setting on 5.08 (2) is the same as the strongest on 5.13 (2). Since you ran TQ2 on 5.08 you should run TQ2 on 5.13.
