Dear Santa, (Bob and Marco), all i wish for Christmas is that you could add SPEED-LIMITER to the Smarty Jr, that would be great.

 

I just got the SMARTY JR and I am very pleased with it...question though, I have mine set at 100/performance setting... Since this programmer is the "safe" of most, will my trannie be ok using it? (Automatic).

No tranny is safe with any power adder, especialy if you flog on it all the time, more than likely it wll let go. Now, with that said, if you drive normal you should be fine. Also, if you tow any i would use the economy setting or even stock, these trucks came from the factory with plenty enough power to tow adequately.
