Looks like i loaded the driver improperly a while back now with the TNT out i need to fix this but my computer skills are lacking. I have been using friends computer to load programs but need TNT now! Have tried to go to the add/remove programs and i click on remove driver but nothing happens cant get rid of it for some reason, Now when I plug my smarty in the computer it will not come up with devise connected.Any thoughts on how to get rid of this so i can start again.

i'm no computer pro but I will tell you something weird mine does...I have two USB ports on front and one my computer wont see smarty and the other port will...it's crazy.
maybe try plugging the smarty into a different USB port ??

 

Mine was doing the same thing. I just drug the smarty driver file into the recycle bin and then went to Mads site and reloaded it. Worked after that.
