How do I get boost fooling out of the Smarty? I loaded up stock injectors/aftermarket turbo but now instead of hitting 30psi WOT in all gears, I show 26 and then in OD it will finally hit 30...standard software was 30 max all the time...or is it workin how its supposed to?

 

With stock inj/turbo and mild tm, I got about 30-32 psi. With the aftermarket turbo tune i got 32-35psi. with beta 4.4 i get 38-40 psi.

I have the 6spd manual, all numbers were in 5th or 6th because I usually have to let off to shift before I can build much boost in the lower gears(accelerates too fast). This was all with the truck pretty much empty.

I also noted that even with a quad boost fooler installed along with the stock inj/turbo tune, I still didn't see a consistent high boost #. Sometimes it peaked @ 30, others @ 35. No real pattern to it either. The 4.4 beta (without the quad boost fooler) is very consistent. Free flowing intake and open exhaust, turbo spools noticebly faster than with all the stock parts in place.
