They are the same but the 4.11 has a little less timing than the 4.10. Same power.

I ran the twin to these, the 210 and 211. I find the 211 is smoother throughout the whole powerband with slightly less timing rattle. I also had a surging issue with the cruise control using the 210 but haven't seen it with the 211.

So try both and see what works best for your truck.

211 is the latest and was offered to elimitate some of the timming rattle found in 210...i'd go with the current 211.
