I just hope it smokes just a tad or more, my new wild w/ aftermarket turbo doesn't smoke at all. I just can't get over it, all these other tunes smoked like crazy, and now nothing, but the power is still awesome. That proves you don't need smoke for power I guess. This must be the new era of tree huggin' versions! HE HE!!

Well I hope it does not smoke anymore than the new releases. A race program is for the track, smoke is not your friend on the track. Unless the wind is right with most of the previous versions I have trouble smoking the lights and screwing up good run time slips.

That said I don't care if it smokes or not, just need the race version. Need to feed the need for speed.

With this 230+ hp gain on the 03-04 trucks, will anything else be required to run this program, or can it be ran on a stock truck? I noticed you had F1 springs and a turbo on the 03 you tested, is that required to run this program?

...and the question we all want to know is, ...will our other boxes, such as my quad race, still be stackable with the smarty's 230 tune?? Basically, is there anything else to gain?

You will want the springs if you want to turn 4k rpms... I wouldn't run it on a "stock" truck; too much to tear up like tranny and etc. Will probably need aftermarket fuel pump at the least.

The +230hp I believe was done on a 03 SO 235hp w/ sps62 and FASS

I could be wrong and if you want to know fior sure try a search, but you should already have thoes things if you want to add +230rwhp instantly to a stock truck

The truck was an 03 -- but was 305 HO. Marco stated that the RWHP was 235 or something like that for the dyno baseline. Then 230 on top of that for 465 something RWHP.
