smarty ?

Is the 4.11 version more power than the 4.06 version that came with my smarty? I am all about running a version that is cooler like the 4.11 but If 4.06 is faster than I will just keep it a little longer. Oh by the way, I finally loaded pres only on my x2 and ran it with my smarty on sw#5. HOLY CRAP it is fast. its amazing how much the x2 and the smarty compliment eachother. I cant hardly stand it till I get to put the fuel system and turbo on and then run it. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks
Michael

I thought for you to run REVO, you need to have springs and some other engine upgrades like that to do it the right way? I still havent looked into it enough to know the difference in the revo and revo/r?

That's only for the R version. Plus the R is only available by special request.

If you're planning to keep the x2 go ahead and load the 4.11.

I agree with Mikey, go ahead and load the 4.11. Be careful running #5 with quad turned up until your tranny can take it. I've been running #3, quad on zero, and just adjust the quad when needed. I try not to push the stock tranny too hard, but I do tow using Smarty 3, Quad 1 (60 hp). Tows like a champ.

i personally wish i still had my original tune.... liked the smoke, it ran harder i thought, but i will agree and say the 4.11 are a lil more refined...egt temps, and less timing rattle. just my thoughts though.

thats what i am afraid of. I dont want to down load the 4.11 and then want to go back to the origional version and not be able to get it back or something. I dont run the quad with the smarty yet because I am not properly set up yet so I run smarty on 5 and I just put the quad on every once in a while just too, but I dont dog the truck out. But let me just say that once the turbo comes in and I get the tranny work done It will be all out. I am really surprised at how much the quad compliments the smarty with just pres.
