Smarty 2006 will it work on 2007 both 5.9

Will it work on both or due you need to update, a buddy just bought a 5.9 2007?

ive looked, but is there any type of dyno sheet available for smarty?

Will it enable the high idle function?

Does it just do engine codes or does it to it all? Tranny, that tipm, abs?
