you can load the program but you will kill the stock turbo. with the aftermarket injector program you may have less timing rattle though. i ran the aftermarket program for a week before installing my new turbo and it was very easy to get more that 55psi out of the stock turbo. that is a very bad thing. (for the turbo)

I can't get more than 42psi out of mine with the Smarty aftermarket turbo program on #7.

I have the stock turbo. Not sure of the exact filename, but I use the standard mild torque management program for aftermarket turbo and stock injectors.
EDIT: I'm also at 4,000+ feet of elevation so that probably affects my boost numbers.
