I thought I was going to be able to put POD on it but you can't, so I'm wondering if TNT would be worth trying.

He doesn't really tow hardly ever and pretty much just hot rods it everywere.

What software would you guys recommend?

Does TNT raise your shift points and rev limiter? Or is that TNT/R?

Elevation is around 5k if that matters.

I told him his next upgrade is probably a CP3 but what do you guys think?

This truck has the stock auto and I think he is waiting for it to blow up because his wife doesn't want him to spend that much money on something that isn't broken. However, if it breaks it has to get fixed

Perhaps TNT will assist with this?

He blew up the turbo and that is how he got the Phat Shaft and intercooler

What are the hp gains on what power levels with the 03-04 trucks?

The TNT will take out the trans quick............if that is his goal do it.

 

Why wont POD load on his?? POD isnt a power version. Meaning if you have the Revo, then the Revo POD, you wont gain anything over the regular Revo w/ the POD version. POD is simply the ability to change the effect of the SW. Basically changing power on the fly. 99 has full effect of, say, SW#9. 60 is obviously less of an effect, but still is SW#9 loaded...

Some guys are getting a rail pop on the earlier trucks with TNT. I got a little bit on the 03, but apparently didnt hurt power, as I happened to get into it w/ an automatic 05 w/ Bullydog and beat him pretty good. Try TNT and see if he gets the popping

 

If he wants to blow up his tranny. Go for it. I'll give it 3, maybe 4 WOT lock- up's, & it'll be toast.

So what are the power levels?

Does 1 = 5 on REVO

3 = 7?

5 = more power then REVO has on an 03-04?

7 = 170-200 hp?

9 = 230 hp?

 

With the injectors he doesn't really have the fuel system to run much. TNT 1 or 3 will probably drain the rail.

Needs a lift pump and a CP3 upgrade for sure.

And the POD won't load because he needs to send the Smarty to Bob to get the firmware updates.

 

Has Air Dog lift pump, but no CP3 yet.

I will tell him to try 3, as we was running 7 on the REVO.

I run SW9 TNT on my truck all the time. I have a lift pump, but stock sticks, & CP-3. I hold 24K RP easily. I was even thinking of trying RP3, but it runs good on RP2. It's my DD.
