that sounds good. if you search for leveling kits on ebay you can get one that comes with pro comp shocks for like $175... i picked one up for mine. its considerably cheaper than the set up your looking at. the steering brace is a good idea.
it will look really good when your done, but with 4.5" backspacing you might want to look into some fender flares if its illegal in your state to have tires out past the fenders....

I dont really know if they are or not?! anyone running resi shocks on there truck care to weigh in?
also will i need to control arms in order for the tires to be recentered in the fenderwell?
yea i plan on doing some bushwhacker pocket flares after i get the tires n rims.
thanks in advance!

Most resi shocks are valved pretty stiff so that combo won't yield a very good ride. For the money that you will have in that you should look at some Carli stuff. You will be better off with some good springs and a set of Bilstein 5100's.
As far as control arms go, if you want you axle to be centered in the wheelwell you will need longer ones. Althought they may not be required to clear the tires you are looking at.

So 35's will clear stock height truck with stock rims, but if u want an after market wheel with decent backspaceing u hafta skip the leveling kit and go with a 4"? **** that sucks!
