Sharing photo of gauge next to floor shifter, 2006

Just thought I would share this gauge location. I just wanted to try something different than the piller gauges. Now that I have it here, it will be good for towing, but it would stink for racing or something. You really have to look down, let the old eyes adjust, then look ahead again. But, I have a fair amount of wire under the dash to put it anywhere I want. There is a hole right next to the gauge that you can't see that you can just feed the wires into (when I get a chance I will get some of that flexy/black wire cover).

FYI.

Thanks for sharing. I was considering making a guage pod for that location that holds 4 guages but I am not sure if it is possible? Still working on it though!

I got a boost gauge too, but I am not sure on a quality spot yet. I don't think it will fit next to it, the shifter will hit it in granny gear.

Thanx & good luck.

Yeah, I don't know anyone with a handshaker so 53 ****** has been taking measurements for me and sending them to me. I still don't know if it will work for sure but we'll see..
