Has anyone found an extender that work's. It's not that I'm that fat, I'm just tired of this thing digging into my neck.

I found a factory extender on ebay. What have you guy's found,,if any. Thank's.

Check with your dealer.
The number on the ones I have is 48563
I got a couple for my 05 and they work great.
If Im not mistaken they are the same as the Chrysler 300 uses.
My DW is vertically challenged and we also got a seat belt holder that holds the sholder part of the belt from hitting her in the neck.
We got the part from Kragen I believe.

The main thing I want to accomplish is to keep it off my neck. Do you think the extender from the dealer will work. Or, do I need the other thing. What's it called?? Thank's
