s300 turbo
I have talk to two people that are good at what they do, and they suggested the s300 turbo. If anyone runs this turbo, can i get some info about it, p.s.i, egts, and any other comments would be awsome.
off the self s300 is smaller than stock on your year truck.
with that being said, most aftermarket chargers are based off of the s300 design, just with different size wheels both on turbine and compressor sides and different size housings

S300 is very vague. The s300 based chargers are very popular and seem to hold up very well. They can be had with inducers from 57mm up to 71mm. Turbine wheels from 65-74mm.
A 62mm inducer S300 is a very good all around turbo for towing/daily driving. They push enough air to make up to ~550hp. The popular turbine wheels are 65mm, 71mm, and 74mm turbine wheels. The last two being the more popular "newer" design wheels used. And there are a bunch of places selling them.
The details on egts, boost etc greatly depend on your particular setup and the wheels used.
