S&B intake
Hey all, I just installed the S&B cool air intake, and wow!! I love the whistle. I do have some concern on the mounting though. It seems that the mounting of the box with only the 2 bolts on the same end would break over time. Those with s&bs, how did you remedy this, or did you just leave it as it is???

I'm only using one bolt. It's been installed like this for awhile with no problems. I used one bolt so I could shift it away from the fender. This was so it would accomodate the Dryflow filter which is bigger than the oiled S&B filter.

I have mine installed with the 2 bolts that came with it and it does not move. I don't think it will break.
NB64, where did you get your dry flow and what model number is it? I have been thinking about going to a dry flow when the S&B needs to be cleaned. Is it much bigger than the S&B filter? Will the clear top cover still go on the box? Thanks
