Running really rough -- HELP!

Ah, you washed it. I would pull the High pressure sensor connector off the rail and look for water inside. If you had a Rail pressure gauge this would be easier. IF you had water in this it would make your truck run like crap and ramp the RP up way to high which can possibly damage your injectors.

As it turns out injector 6 is toast (had a guy run diagnostics on it today) so new injectors are being installed tomorrow. Hopefully I will be back on the road to some decent mileage after paying the bill...

Well turned out that I had a bad injector (after only 88K miles) and had them all replaced. Decided to let a local diesel mechanic do the work - reasonable rate, and done right. It runs great now, hoping to recoup some of the MPGs I was losing before R&R'ing the injectors.
