Rp readings with 4.2 beta

Well I finally got around to hooking my quad rp gauge up today. I have been having some hesitation issues with it above sw5 under half or more throttle. I wrote down some rp numbers from a couple different levels. Remember this is Smarty 4.2 beta ONLY and on a STOCK CP3. I have a arson kit to install I just wanted to see what my stock pump was doing before the install. The 50 and 70mph were at a steady speed at that mph. Just curious what yall think?? Good or bad for stock cp3 running 4.2 beta?

Sw3
Idle-5000k
50mph-11,000k
70mph-12,500
Normal Acceleration from dead stop-14,500k
WOT Peak-24,540k

Sw7
Idle-5000k
50mph-12,000k
70mph-12,700k
Normal Acceleration from dead stop-13,500k
WOT Peak-24,300

Sw9
Idle-5500k
50mph-11,300
70mph-11,400
WOT Peak-23,950k

Now the hesitation issue I was talking about is anything above sw5. If Im at least half throttle or more the hole truck would like fall off and pick right back up and you could actually see the boost drop and back up too. Well now that I had the gauge I saw what it was doing. I gave it half throttle on sw7 and the rp was actually going from 18k to 14k really really quick and did it about 3 times and then would kinda quit and clear up. Oh and sw7 and 9 both when I floored it the pump would drop off to about 16,000k and jump right back up to the mid 20s as recorded.. Also that after all the levels peaked at there WOT they would settle and stay around 22,500 WOT

That looks right.

On beta 4.4 and MP-8 about 50% my readings were similar:
SW5

Idle- 5500k
50mph- 13,200k
70mph 15,400k
wot 24,000k with spikes up to 25k

As for your issue, could be a sticky fca, could be your pump straining against the load, etc.

blwnsmke, is your engine a 305/555 or 325/600? How come you don't try the revo software with adjustible rp? OOPS just figuered it out! Once you go beta, you can't go back after 4.11 or revo (I think)...Thanks for the numbers.

My truck is the 305/555 motor. I don't have that problem going back and forth between softwares.. Guess I was a lucky one. I have tried revo, revo tnt.. My truck would drain the rail and pop really easy with tnt on level 3... So I loaded 4.2 back up and now I have the gauge hooked up. I may redownload the tnt and see actually what I was pulling the rail down to.

Holy Crap!! truthfully, I'm not sure what the sweet spots are supposed to be. I know my truck is running great and the #s are similar to another 305 motor. I'd say 5500k is right for our motors, for the newer models its possible the RP is higher at idle.

Idleing with my Smarty 4.11 on #7 or #9 i see between 6500 and 7800 depending if it is in gear and the A/C is on or if the truck is in Park. That is also with the Quad off. With the Quad on, it is not much different. The 04.5 325/600,610 and up run way more pressure than the 305/555 motors. Probably why the injectors give less trouble.

I see 7-7.5k idling with any level on the TNT unless I turn the RP to level 4 then it idles at 9-10k.

The 610 motors are 7-7.5 from the factory. Its the 4.4 that brings the idle up close to 10k.
