We're good for the 03-04s. As stated , the RPs are higher on the later models, partly due to the power increase and EGR.

Well the rp is the same at wot. Really theres is just higher at cruising..

Higher at cruising and idle. I idle at 5300+/-psi, WOT is 25000+/- on 4.2

does 4.11 or Revo actually burn a lock into the programmer itself? I don't see why you couldn't load a beta back to the programmer

Smarty on 5 and tst on 1/0 on the econ setting. I cant really feel any diff with the tst on that setting but I am hopin it may net a lil better mpg

Anyone got any idea if thats just a rail draining issue or something wrong with my fca causing that hesitation 18k-14k issue?

probably just rail drain...

get rid of the twins program and put it back on standard! dumping all that fuel at once killed my rail pressure!!1

Dude... you got to look at your supply issue. I see you have the air dog, but do you have a gauge hooked to the incoming lift pump pressure? Try changing out the filters and watch the rail gauge. Are you by passing the stock filter housing? Really sounds like your draining the rail doesn,t it? Once again, thanks for posting the rail numbers. I,m going to bump up the revo adjustable rail pressure. I really want a rail gauge but hate digital....old school. Anyway don,t sweat it the DON of F1 has posted many times the 305 injectors take pressure better than the 325.
