Rock Krawler long arm....

Has anybody used this kit and if you have how do you like it, was it hard to install, and do you have any pics

I'll show you my experience with RK stuff on my Jeep. I will say this is first generation stuff and supposibly they have fixed their bugs...

Member mudslinger has the Rock Krawler 8" Desert Race lift on his truck, and is running 41" military tires (IIRC)

ive herd that there quality is not great but this was bassed on older products not the new stuff.

all components are well built and hd
simple to install and rides like a dream

This is a freinds truck I was just hangin out @ wide open during the build and it seemed to be a fairly diffecult install but I really dont know for sure, i do know it is nice and rides great the truck now has 24" rockstars and looks way better

yes they use coilovers in the rear if you get the dessert race system..I got the prerunner system that use leaf springs in the rear and coilovers in the front.

ive run the their long arms/mounts, trackbar/mount, and coils on my cherokee. despite all the bashing their older stuff got it appears that the new ownership has definitely turned their products around. i beat the hell out of that stuff, ie. dropping in on and dragging across rocks, stumps, etc and had no problems with it. the only thing i didnt like were the coils because they were to soft for my rig and sagged after about 6 months of abuse. i did have a winch and heavy bumper up front though.

kind of a cool looking system, but .... good bye payload and towing capacity with just the coilovers ....
