If you're hauling enough weight to make the springs sag at 65K miles, why not find some 1-ton springs and install those. I installed Superlift lifted (6")springs on my buddies 04.5, but they don't hold the load as well as the oem ones. I wouldn't bother fixing the existing ones or band-aiding them with airbag or add a leafs. I've had the Rancho 9000's on other tow vehicles and jeeps and they last a long time and minimize the sag when cranked up. Where in the Bay Area are you? I'm in San Mateo and work in SF.

Give Michigan Truck Spring a call. The have OEM and other springs available. I purchased some for my 1989 Ford F-250 extended cab 4 X 4 front and back. Their website is www.truckspring.com. I received very good service from them.
