I'm thinking of replacing the speakers in the front and installing some decent speakers, for and aft. Anyone here installed rear speakers in a 2006 Laramie and if so how did it turn out, and is there a place for them to be installed ? Does the stock 6CD/radio/ stereo/cassette have a capability to power 4 speakers and send sound to the rear. Thanks a million for any info or links.

check out Crutchfield for sure, my 2004.5 has 6x9 in the front door, 3.5s in the dash, and 6.5s in the rear doors if that helps

 

i just replaced the speakers in my 06 it is 6x9's in the front doors and 5.25's in the rear doors. it is a very simple install and the new speakers make all the difference in the world. I also hooked up 2 10" subs under the rear seats with an amp to only power the subs.
