For fuel pressure somewhere between 12-20psi.Don't know what the raptor 150 comes set at but it probably falls in this window.

For rail pressure around 7K at idle,17k at cruising speed,23-26k at WOT.All these will vary some depending on the Smarty set up you are running.Running the RP on 3 or 4 will increase the idle and cruising readings but should not change the WOT much.Just remember that high sustained RP is not good on injectors. Its ok for a little playing but then back it down for everyday driving.

wow thanks a lot homewrecker. the raptor does fall in that window. its set at 15psi from factory. should it stay at 15psi even at idle and WOT? or does it vary?

Seeing you have the 150 Raptor, I can say that when I wot my FP on the AD 100 drops to 14 from 15psi, so you should see no dramatic drop IMO.

You may have great luck with it, or it may make yoiu very very angry. It seems to be a toss-up.

Don't want to discourage you, but my Quad RP gauge died in a month. It ties into the MAP and Rail sensors and uses a power off one of the fuses in the fusebox.

Yeah Quad is usually known for good customer support, but qzilla hasn't been around lately to back that up on the forums. I dealt with Diesel Manor since I bought it there, they deal with Quad for me.

I've been running the one I got from the DTR store for a year now with no problems. I would install it and not worry.
