My dad has an Xzillerader standard module on his 04.5 and just told me today that he doesn't think it is working, so when I check it out it blinks green red green green on first turn of key. Then it stays on green no matter what position we turn the switch to. I don't know what he did with the paperwork, so I am not sure if the LED sequence is right or not, it has worked great for the year or so it has been on the truck. Could it be the switch itself ? Thanks in advance.

 

If you go to Quads web site you can get the flash sequence. Mine goes thru the sequence then as you turn the switch from off - no light it goes, green, orange, red.

 

I got my book out and for a 2004.5- 2007 standard Green red green for blink sequence.

no led off
green led power level one
orange/yellow ( one color) power level 2
red led power level 3

I think you are on power level one.

 

He usually runs on the 100 hp setting which is red, but every position on the switch that we tried it would not change, it would always be green, so I was just wondering if it could be the switch or the module?
