Wiggs, I believe I remember seeing that you had this intercooler installed on your truck. Did you do the work ? If so, maybe you or anyone can help.

Mine just arrived today and I'll be installing it this weekend. My question is... does the bumper need to come off to do the job ? Are there any tips anyone can give that might help ?

Full warranty ay.... so what, either he has a very cool dealer or are you saying if you have the dealer install all your mods and they'll cover it and the OEM warranty?

yes to both those comments...
some dealers will warranty any thing if they install it...but not all dealers are that cool
D has also spent some coin at this particular dealer..lambo of Ohio I believe..same place he bought his lambo.

Yes, I do have the BD and a very cool dealer! I don't believe that the bumper had to come off, but I replaced it anyway since my intercooler was 3" lower than my bumper!!! Now my Road Armor shield protects it from being banged up.

When we installed a new intercooler on our truck, the bumper stayed on.

No the bumper doesnt have to come off but do NOT take your intercooler off if you havnt read that yet, you can just swing yours, still conected, up and that should be the the only problem you could have. It was on the Banks anyway.

Don't you mean the A/C condenser? Yes, it swings out of the way if your VERY CAREFUL.

If any of you boys want to get rid of your stock IC after you're done I'm looking for one. It's got to be the one with the metal ends, not the plastic ones. PM me and maybe we can cut a deal ...... 'preciate it!
