question on tires?

ok, i just ordered my kore hp kit,, lookin for some 315's or 35's... have a lil bit of a limited budget and do drive alot of highway and gravel, but then i do get offroad quite a bit as well.. had some good prices on mickey thompson atz's and pro comp extreme at... which would be the better tire of the two?? or any suggestions of others out there??

So far I like my ATZ's. The ride seems better than what I had and they are fairly quiet.

ive had the procomps for a few months i think i may have 10k on them and they look great. they are wearing nicely and they arent too loud for the tread pattern they have. i like them because for an AT the lugs are pretty spaced out on the tire. im running 35x12.50/17s

I have run ProComp reg.AT's on my last 3 trucks and always get 60,000 miles out of them. I know that there not as aggressive as the others but I love how they ride and handle. I don't run them in the winter so can't talk about there winter performance.
My wife ran Procomp X-terrains she only got 30,000 miles out of them. She loved the way that they looked and they handled good but didn't wear very well and were VERY LOUD on the highway. She just got a new set of X-Treme MT's... I'm sure that these tires will last 100,000 miles and be very quite!!! Hey but they look aggressive... They should be great for her 100 mile commute to work...
See ya,
Topper
P.S. All the tires on our trucks are 35"

I had the X-Terrains before I got the Extreme A/Ts, they are very loud and hard riding, great looking and traction. You have to keep them inflated very high to get wear, I got 45K out of mine. They wore well once I figured out to put 60PSI in them. They are the baddest looking tire around and I would still run them if I did not spend so much time on the freeway.
The Extreme ATs look alot better than the regular ATs, IMHO.
